Engineering candidate prescribed medical marijuana by doctor Representative allegedly said certification ‘did not matter' Cleveland Cliffs Steel LLC must face a suit alleging the company discriminated against a man over his prescribed use of medical marijuana, a Pennsylvania federal court ruled. John DellaVecchio sued the company after it rescinded its offer of a co-op Associate Engineer position following his positive drug test result. DellaVecchio claimed he was a lawful possessor and user under the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Act.
